Founder's Office (Analyst)

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. Responsibilities: - Work directly with the Founders on strategic initiatives, business problems, and special projects from idea to execution. - Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities and support business decisions. - Work with Product, Sales, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution. - Build business analyses, presentations, dashboards, and decision-making frameworks for the leadership team. - Identify bottlenecks, create solutions, and take ownership of initiatives and high-priority projects. - Support the Founders across growth, partnerships, GTM, and other business-critical initiatives as required. Requirements: - Experience: 0–3 years. - Prior experience in a Founder's Office / CEO's Office role within a startup or high-growth organization is preferred for experienced candidates. - Cross-functional exposure to areas such as Product, Sales, Business, Strategy, Marketing, or Operations is preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to work independently, take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives from problem identification through execution. - Curious, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to learn quickly, adapt, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
