Business Analyst

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. Responsibilities: - Analyze business, customer, and portfolio data to generate actionable insights - Perform Funnel Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) - Work with bureau and transactional data to evaluate customer behavior and portfolio performance - Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and business analysis - Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel - Collaborate with Product, Risk, Business, and Operations teams Requirements: - Strong SQL knowledge (Mandatory): Joins, Subqueries, CTEs, Window Functions, Aggregate Functions & Analytical Queries - Good understanding of Business Analytics, Funnel Analysis & RCA - Hands-on experience with Excel; Power BI preferred - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
