Responsibilities & Requirements: - Gather business requirements and prepare BRD, FRD, and SRS documentation. - Create workflows, process maps, and conduct GAP/SWOT Analysis. - Strong analytical, logical thinking, and communication skills. - Basic understanding of web technologies (MERN knowledge is a plus).
