Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from members, providers, and insurance companies.
- Verify patient eligibility, insurance coverage, and member benefits.
- Resolve customer queries related to claims, billing, authorizations, and healthcare services.
- Process healthcare claims accurately within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a US Healthcare process is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Experience in Medical Billing, Claims Processing, Provider Services, Member Services, or Healthcare Customer Support will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Good understanding of US healthcare terminology and insurance processes.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Good typing speed with strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
