Business Analyst

Batch: 2024 and before. What You Will Do: - Use SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis and apply predictive modeling. - Conceptualize and visualize insights using dashboards and BI tools. - Break down complex business problems and drive execution across teams. - Identify, scope, and execute Gen AI projects end-to-end. - Build and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex). - Define KPIs for AI initiatives and track impact. What We Are Looking For: - 1+ years of experience in business analysis/data science with 1 year of Gen AI project experience. - Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). - Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock). - Experience with BI tools like Amazon QuickSight. - Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation.
