Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Key Responsibilities: - Design the company's core data infrastructure: event tracking schema, data warehouse, ETL pipelines - Build dashboards providing real-time visibility into agent performance for all teams - Define and track key product metrics: agent accuracy, task completion, token economics, user satisfaction - Produce weekly analytics reports with actionable insights — not just charts Mandatory Requirements: - Strong SQL — complex analytical queries without reference material - Python for data manipulation: Pandas, NumPy, visualisation libraries - Statistical fundamentals: distributions, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals - Minimum CGPA 8.0/10 — verified Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with dbt, Airflow, or data pipeline tools - Familiarity with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
