Requirements:
- Experience in QA, Customer Experience, or a similar analytical role
- Hands-on experience with MaestroQA (Rippit) or other QA platforms
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, NICE, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
