Supply Chain Operations Intern

Batch: 2025/2026/2027. Key Responsibilities: D2C & Marketplace Operations: - Order Fulfillment: Monitor daily order status and ensure timely fulfillment across our website and marketplace platforms. - Reverse Logistics & Claims: Track consumer returns, coordinate with courier partners/3PL warehouses to validate physical receipts, and raise claims for missing or damaged items within defined SLAs. - Customer Experience Support: Assist the customer service team by tracking transit delays and addressing delivery exceptions. B2B & Supply Operations: - Order Processing: Coordinate the documentation, invoicing, and dispatch schedules for bulk/B2B shipments. - Vendor Coordination: Follow up with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics providers to track procurement timelines and delivery updates. Inventory Management & Data Analytics: - MIS & Reporting: Extract daily operational data, build trackers, and perform basic analysis on logistics performance and order backlogs. - Monitor WMS entries- monitor day to day entries in WMS without any discrepancies Requirements & Qualifications: - Education: Graduate - Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and a high comfort level with data spreadsheets. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate across cross-functional internal teams and external vendors. - Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can take complete ownership of tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
