Design Intern

Batch: 2026/2027/2028. Qualifications: - Portfolio with 2–3 projects showing process and outcomes - Strong fundamentals in interaction design, hierarchy, and usability - Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) - Exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) design tools and workflows, including Figma, Lovable, Cursor, or similar tools used for exploration, prototyping, and design iteration - Understanding of agentic design practices, including designing experiences where AI systems can plan, act, explain their reasoning, request confirmation, recover from errors, and keep users in control - Some experience with user research, competitive research, or secondary research, with the ability to translate findings into clear design decisions and product recommendations - Ability to frame problems and find solutions - Works well with peers and cross-functional teams - Clear, structured storytelling and rationale
