Software Engineer Intern

Batch: 2025/2026/2027. Our stack: - Python 3.12, Django 5.x, Django REST Framework, Strawberry GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Atlas, Redis, Celery, Django Channels, Docker, AWS ECS Fargate - You won't know all of it. We don't expect you to. What we're looking for: - Pre-final or final year student, or a recent graduate available full-time on-site in Bengaluru - Strong Python fundamentals and comfort with data structures, algorithms, and SQL - Hands-on experience with Django or DRF — a personal project, a hackathon build, or coursework you can walk us through - Working knowledge of Git and a habit of reading documentation before asking - Genuine curiosity about how systems fail, and the patience to find out why Nice to have: - GraphQL, Celery, WebSockets, or Redis in a real project - Docker, CI/CD, or any AWS exposure - Open-source contributions or a GitHub profile with things you actually built - Interest in geometry, CAD/BIM formats (IFC), or computational design How to apply: - Send your résumé and GitHub/portfolio to careers@sooru.ai with the subject line "Backend SDE Intern — [Your Name]".
