Responsibilities: - Analyze user session recordings and identify drop-offs. - Identify UX/UI friction points and customer pain areas. - Work closely with Product, Design, and Growth teams. - Share actionable insights and improvement recommendations. - Interact directly with customers to gather feedback and insights.
