Product User Research Intern

Analyze user session recordings and identify customer drop-off points and UX issues. Work closely with product, design and growth teams to generate insights and recommendations. Interact directly with customers to gather feedback and improve product experiences. Share actionable findings that support product decisions and growth strategies.
