Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with one of the founders to support key business priorities. - Track and steer ongoing projects, flagging risks and blockers early. - Conduct research, build frameworks, and structure analysis to inform decisions. - Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Operations, Finance, and other teams. - Build and maintain trackers/dashboards for key metrics and timelines. Qualifications: - B.Tech and MBA from premier institutes. - 2-4 years of experience (top-tier consulting, startups, or high-intensity environments). - Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to improve execution and automate workflows. - Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-intensity, high-stakes environments.
