Associate Support Engineer

Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and computer hardware - Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and web technologies - Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments - Good troubleshooting and analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in rotational shifts - Eagerness to learn new technologies Preferred Skills: - Basic knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar ticketing tools - Understanding of cloud platforms or SaaS applications - Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting - Strong customer-first mindset
