Product Designer

Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024/2025/2026. Details: - We are hiring our Founding Product Designer to own how our product looks, feels, and behaves, from day zero. This is not a UI job. You will run from customer discovery to Figma prototypes to motion to the product that ships, building our design system and product experience alongside the founders. We value user delight over decoration. What you will do: - Design and build the first versions of Shadow with the founders. - Lead user research and turn it into clear product bets. - Create high-fidelity flows and motion that feel alive. - Own our design language: type, color, components, motion. - Prototype and ship fast in 0 to 1 cycles, comfortable in code. Apply if you are: - Curious, articulate, and able to explain the why behind your choices. - Strong in Figma, interaction design, and systems thinking, and not afraid to touch code. - Comfortable running research and moving fast through ambiguity. - Someone who values user delight above surface polish.
