Forward Deployed Engineer

Batch: 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024. Job Responsibilities: - Co-design SOPs for customer support automation across chat, ticket, and voice - Build AI agents and no-code automation workflows - Own client relationships from onboarding to production - Monitor AI performance and improve prompts and workflows - Troubleshoot production issues and prepare RCAs - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform Required Skills: - Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering using GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. - Strong analytical and debugging skills - Customer-centric mindset - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Perks: - Work with global clients across the US, UK, Canada, Germany, and more - Exposure to AI, automation, and enterprise deployments - Growth opportunities in Engineering or Business Management Note: CC: akash.gm@robylon.ai
