What the role looks like: - You'll work in a high-precision environment with extremely complex data and workflows. - Cutting-edge AI on hard problems at scale: in-house LLM infra, RL, fine-tuning, agents, evals, retrieval — with a relentless focus on latency, reliability, and cost. - You'll own systems end to end, from research and prototyping to production deployment serving US health systems. - You'll move fast, ship often, and see your work hit production in days, not quarters. What we're looking for: - High agency, high ownership, and a bias for building. - Strong ML/AI foundations with real production engineering experience. - Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, RL, fine-tuning, retrieval, evals — or the raw ability to go deep on any of them fast.
