Data Analyst

Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. - 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics or a related role. - Freshers with strong academic or personal analytics projects are encouraged to apply. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality. - Strong knowledge of SQL. - Good understanding of Microsoft Excel. - Basic to intermediate Python including Pandas and NumPy. - Experience with Power BI or Tableau. - Understanding of statistics and data visualization principles. - Familiarity with data cleaning and data validation techniques. - Ability to translate business problems into data-driven insights. Preferred Skills: - Portfolio showcasing analytics projects or interactive dashboards. - Experience using Git/GitHub. - Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor. - Basic understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines. - Exposure to Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Excel Power Query, or similar analytics tools. - Previous internship or project experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Operations.
