Batch: 2025/2026/2027. About the Role: - Manages end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle, coordinating closely with Finance, TA, and Payroll teams. What We're Looking For: - AI & Tools Proficiency – Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel and AI tools to improve efficiency and automate routine tasks. - Financial Acumen – Good understanding of numbers and basic payroll logic to ensure accurate data handover to Finance.
