Business Analyst Trainee

Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Responsibilities: - Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. - Work extensively with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and tracking. - Create and maintain dashboards and performance trackers. - Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of operational initiatives. - Conduct basic business analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Support ad-hoc analytical and operational requirements. Requirements: - Recent graduate or final-year student. - Tier-1 and Tier-2 colleges preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good command of Excel/Google Sheets. - SQL and dashboarding knowledge is a plus. - Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment. - High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
