Software Engineer Intern (LLM)

Batch: 2025/2026/2027. Required Skills: - Strong programming skills in Python - Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals - Knowledge of NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) - Strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) - Research mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills: - Internship or research experience in leading AI labs or technology organizations - Experience with SLM/LLM pre-training, fine-tuning, or instruction tuning - Familiarity with LoRA, QLoRA, DPO, RLHF, or Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) - Experience building LLM training data pipelines, including data collection, preprocessing, and tokenization - Exposure to distributed training frameworks such as DeepSpeed, FSDP, or Megatron-LM - Experience with GPU-based model training, benchmarking, and evaluation (MMLU, HellaSwag, BIG-Bench, etc.) - Knowledge of synthetic data generation, annotation workflows, and domain-specific dataset curation
