Product Design - Apprentice

Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Key Responsibilities: - Support product and design teams with execution focused tasks. - Assist in creating UX/UI artifacts for service and support focused applications. - Help document user journeys, workflows, and pain points. - Participate in design reviews, usability discussions, and feedback sessions. Required Qualifications: - Graduate engineer with foundational understanding of product development or UX/UI. - Interest in enterprise software, service operations, or customer support workflows. - Strong willingness to learn in a structured, on-the-job training environment.
