Operations Intern

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. About the Role: - Own the parent journey, from the first conversation to placement - Interview and onboard nanny candidates and help find the right fit for families - Stay connected with families after placement, solve problems and ensure the match works - Jump into whatever needs building, whether that's improving the website, setting up a tracker, or figuring out a process that doesn't exist yet Requirements: - Has completed formal education - Moves fast and is high on ownership - Communicates clearly in English and is comfortable speaking Hindi - Genuinely enjoys talking to people, because there will be a LOT of calls - Is comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out independently - Wants to build something, not just add an internship to their CV What You'll Get: - Work closely with leadership and get a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup is built, across operations, sales, marketing and product - Own real outcomes, not just projects - If a strong fit, this can turn into a full-time role with equity
