Senior Data Analyst

Batch: 2023 and before. What You'll Own: - Work with large, complex datasets to solve high-impact business problems - Build & automate analytics dashboards using SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI & Excel - Form hypotheses, dig into data, experiment, analyze and turn findings into actionable insights - Build data science & ML models using modern methodologies - Identify data issues, conduct root-cause analysis and work closely with Data Engineering to fix them - Partner with cross-functional teams and influence decisions through data What We're Looking For: - 3+ years in Data Analytics / Data Science, ideally in a product-led environment - Strong command of SQL + Python/R + Excel - Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools - Strong statistical & analytical thinking - Someone who is structured, curious, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
