UI/UX Design Intern (+PPO)

Batch: 2025/2026/2027. Responsibilities: - Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces. - Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs. - Conduct basic user research to understand user needs and pain points. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members. - Translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions. - Maintain consistency across web and mobile interfaces. - Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback. - Improve existing designs based on usability and user feedback. - Create and maintain design components and reusable UI elements. - Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and best practices. Requirements: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. - Good understanding of UI/UX design principles. - Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software. - Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, typography, color theory, and responsive design. - Basic knowledge of user research and usability testing. - Strong visual and creative thinking skills. - Good attention to detail. - Ability to understand user requirements and solve design problems. - Good communication and collaboration skills. - A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is a plus.
