About the Role: - Since this is an operations role and the team works across shifts, there may be some weekend support involved - The structure is flexible; if you end up working on a weekend, we'll make sure you get a weekday off instead - Exceptional executioners needed - High-agency people needed - People who can figure shit out - You don't need experience - You don't need a specific degree - You don't need to have studied Operations - As long as you can communicate well (written and verbal) - Take ownership - Don't freeze when someone gives you a problem that doesn't come with an instruction manual - Come spend a few months in Indiranagar - Work closely with a team building a consumer product - Experience the slightly chaotic but incredibly fun energy of building something from scratch
