Requirements: - No prior work experience required. - Strong software engineering fundamentals. - Understanding of data structures and how they behave. - Understanding of databases and their behavior under load. - Ability to understand why code breaks rather than only patching it. - Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and strong drive to learn. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
