What we're looking for: - You can turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences. - You have strong visual and interaction design taste, with a portfolio that shows shipped product work. - You are comfortable designing for ambiguity, especially in new AI-native product patterns. - You can work closely with engineers and founders to move from idea to shipped product quickly. - You are comfortable using tools like Figma, Claude Design, Illustrator / Photoshop, and Canva to explore, prototype, and polish ideas. - You care about details, but you know when to optimize for speed and learning.
