What we're looking for: - You can take an unclear problem, break it down, and make progress without waiting for perfect instructions. - You write clearly and can adapt messaging for different audiences, from customers to partners to internal updates. - You are comfortable speaking with customers, running walkthroughs, following up, and extracting useful feedback. - You are organized enough to keep multiple moving pieces alive without dropping balls. - You care more about ownership and learning than having a tightly defined lane. - You are excited by broad exposure across company-building, not just one function. - You have a track record of shipping real things end to end, in a startup or anywhere no one handed you a playbook.
