Data Analyst

Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024/2025/2026. Experience: - 0–5 Years Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Masters in any of these field will help. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) - Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas, dashboards, and automation. - Advanced knowledge of Power BI. - Good understanding of programming concepts and logical thinking. Exposure to SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is an advantage. - Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Replit etc.) to improve analysis, reporting, and workflow automation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with SQL and relational databases. - Familiarity with APIs and data integrations. - Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Google Apps Script, Zapier, or Make. - Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence platforms. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively with the Program Manager, HR Team, and cross-functional business teams. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. - Strong ownership, accountability, and time management. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
