Ship things, not just make decks about them - Bring your own ideas to the table - Take real ownership of projects from day one Requirements: - Strong execution skills, someone who gets things done and follows through - Likes dabbling in AI workflows and tools, and using them to get more done - Sharp with numbers and comfortable figuring things out with limited direction - High ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast - No polished CV or specific degree required.
