Junior AI Engineer

Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years Key Responsibilities: - Support AI/ML and GenAI solution development, testing, and deployment. - Work with data preprocessing, ML models, LLMs, prompts, embeddings, and RAG. - Assist with document chunking, vector databases, retrieval testing, and AI output evaluation. - Write clean, reusable Python code and support debugging and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. - Document experiments and stay updated with emerging AI technologies. Required Skills: - Strong Python programming fundamentals. - Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and RAG. - Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow. - Exposure to APIs, databases, Git, testing, and debugging. - Basic awareness of AWS/Azure/GCP and Responsible AI practices. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 6 Months to 2 years of professional experience, internship experience, academic projects, or portfolio work in AI, ML, data science, or software engineering. - Exposure to AI/ML projects involving model development, data analysis, automation, NLP, chatbots, or GenAI applications. - Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, ask clear questions, and work collaboratively in an agile engineering environment. - Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical work clearly to team members.
