Customer Success Intern

Batch: 2024/2025/2026/2027. We're looking for someone who is: • Curious to understand AI products and how they work • Passionate about helping customers succeed • A clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills • Comfortable interacting with global customers • Excited to learn and explain new technology What you'll be doing: • Onboard and guide customers using Intellemo AI • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right workflow • Review AI-generated videos and help improve output quality • Conduct product demos and explain platform features • Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams • Gather product feedback to improve the overall customer experience Bonus if you have: • Exposure to AI tools or video creation platforms • Basic understanding of digital marketing or SaaS
