Software Engineering Intern (Solution Engineering Intern)

Batch: 2026/2027/2028. Responsibilities: - Help customers understand the value of Infobip solutions and services. - Develop a foundational understanding of the customers' businesses to match solutions. - Assist in designing new and innovative solutions to meet customers' business needs. - Collect technical requirements and design technical solutions/service integration plans. - Provide support in handling technical and security questionnaires. - Conduct demos and POCs. - Assist in scoping exercises, quote estimations, and deliver precise technical documentation. - Configure and implement Infobip solutions and assist in training/enablement sessions. Requirements: - Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Software Engineering, or related field, or recently graduated. - Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with AI tools, projects, or applications (Claude Code is an advantage). - Experience with Python and/or JavaScript is a plus. - GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects and software development portfolio.
