Batch: 2025/2026/2027. Responsibilities: - Work closely with founders across Incresco and a new product built from the ground up - Focus on brand positioning, messaging, content, competitor research, campaigns, and ops Ideal Candidate: - Knows when to figure something out independently and when to ask for guidance - Finds themselves reading interesting stuff on Substack or Aeon - Has a good visual and creative sense - Can follow through without being repeatedly reminded - Wants to understand how a product, brand, and business are built from scratch
