Batch: 2027, 2028. Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field - Strong mathematical and analytical skills - Excellent logical reasoning and quantitative problem-solving ability - Interest in financial markets, trading, and quantitative analysis - Ability to make quick and data-driven decisions under pressure - Strong understanding of probability, statistics, and mathematical concepts - Programming experience in Python, C++, Java, or similar languages is a plus - Competitive programming, mathematics competitions, or quantitative projects are advantageous - Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - No prior trading experience required
