Batch: 2026/2027/2028. What You'll Work On: - Build advanced Generative AI workflows and AI agents. - Develop RAG pipelines, tool-calling systems, automations, and multi-step AI workflows. - Work with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and similar tools. - Integrate LLMs, APIs, databases, vector databases, and external services. - Prototype ideas rapidly and turn successful experiments into working products. - Evaluate models, prompts, architectures, and different approaches. - Write, debug, refactor, and improve production-quality code. - Explore emerging GenAI technologies and figure out how they can be applied to real problems. What We're Looking For: - Strong programming fundamentals (Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript). - Understands APIs, databases, and basic software engineering. - Has experimented with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, automation, or AI development tools. - Can use tools like Claude Code / Codex effectively. - Comfortable reading documentation and figuring things out independently. - Can go from idea → prototype → experiment → feedback → iteration quickly. - Takes ownership instead of waiting for detailed instructions. - Excited about building things that may not have a predefined solution. - Values: Learn fast, experiment faster, iterate fastest.
