Batch: 2022/2023/2024/2025. Details: - IDFC First Bank is looking to hire for its Centre of Excellence team in Operations. Job Role: - The Associate - Operations Transformation role is a high stakes and high visibility role responsible for driving efficiencies in retail and wholesale operations of the bank. This will involve working closely with all operations unit heads to baseline current processes, identifying avenues for efficiency improvement and design ideal end-state processes. The role goes beyond strategy and will involve close collaboration with multiple business units and IT teams for end-to-end implementation of designed initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Job Requirements: - Undergrad and MBA degree from top tier colleges - 1-3 years of experience in banking / product mgmt. / consulting roles
