Role and Responsibilities: - Understand scheduling and production monitoring activities, administer application and monitoring operations; flexible to perform internship in shifts. - Application Monitoring (Monitoring application processes, Incident & Fault Analysis, Simple Rectification). - Gain knowledge to manage Low to Medium production (Technical) support tasks and activities. - Scheduling and production monitoring of applications. - Administration of Applications related to Services. - Non-code related application configuration activities.
