Operations Manager

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. Responsibilities: - Manage on-site data collection with wearable cameras across factories, kitchens, resorts, and workshops - Lead daily site collection with 5-6 people - Coordinate with site heads - Manage device inventory - Work 6-day weeks with regular travel across cities Eligibility: - 2025 / 2026 grads (any stream, no CGPA cutoff) - Fest/event/team management experience OR 1–3 years field ops experience (Urban Company, Blinkit, Swiggy, etc.) - Strong spoken English and Hindi
