Software Development Engineer (SDE)

Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024. Experience: - 2–4 years Requirements: - Tech Agnostic: Strong in Java / Golang - Database Comfort: Ability to pick the right tool (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.) for the right problem - Zero-to-One: Good understanding of system architecture and capability to build things from scratch - AI & Coding Passion: Hands-on with tools like Claude / Cursor and active with Open-source or Hobby projects Key Responsibilities: - Solve complex problems with clean, readable, and well-tested code - Understand the business problem deeply before writing a line of code - Be a self-starter, take ownership, and lead from where you are - Step out to the ground (stores/warehouses) when needed to let real-world experience shape your code
