Platform FDE (Forward Deployment Engineer)

Batch: 2022/2023/2024/2025. Must-Have Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in AI implementation, program management, product operations, solutions, or conversational AI - Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and Generative AI tools - Experience building/configuring AI agents, voice agents, chatbots, or LLM-powered workflows - Understanding of LLM concepts (system prompts, few-shot prompting, structured outputs, function calling, context management) - Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations - Ability to work from Mumbai office Good-to-Have Skills: - LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Retell AI, Vapi, LLM APIs, RAG, Vector DBs, voice tech, Python/SQL
