Requirements: - Strong Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind skills. - Portfolio of real products or projects that have been shipped. - Ability to take an ambiguous specification, scope it, and ship something usable in days. - Ability to work effectively with coding agents and identify when their output is incorrect. Preferred Skills: - Prior work on AI or agent products. Additional Details: - Work on AI products with probabilistic and asynchronous behavior. - Strong emphasis on building, monitoring, evaluation, and rapid execution.
