AI/ML Research Engineer Intern

Batch: 2025/2026/2027. About the Internship: - Work alongside researchers building next-generation open foundation models - Gain hands-on experience across the complete foundation model stack - Focus on AI research rather than API integration What You'll Work On: - Foundation model pre-training and post-training - Large-scale data curation for pre-training and SFT/DPO - Reinforcement Learning (RL) for reasoning and post-training - Distributed training across multi-GPU systems - Model efficiency research, including attention mechanisms, KV cache optimization, and long-context training Requirements: - Strong Python and PyTorch skills - Good understanding of distributed training (Data Parallelism / Tensor Parallelism) - Solid Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and mathematical fundamentals - Research mindset with curiosity and passion for building AI from first principles Note: Send: Resume, GitHub, Portfolio, Research projects or anything you've built
