Requirements: - Undergraduate degree or MBA from a recognized college/institute - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good understanding of business and operational processes - Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills - Ability to work with data and derive actionable insights - Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong ownership and execution mindset Preferred: - Prior internship or work experience in business operations, consulting, analytics, e-commerce, supply chain, or related domains - Knowledge of SQL, data analytics, or business intelligence tools is an advantage
