Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Requirements: - Undergraduate degree or MBA from a recognized college/institute - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work with numbers, data, and business metrics - Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment - Proactive approach with strong ownership and learning ability Preferred: - Internship or prior experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, e-commerce, supply chain, or related fields - Knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools is an added advantage
