From day one, as a new Quant Trader (QT), you will gain unrivaled experience both on the desk and in the classroom. - New hires work closely with senior traders – analyzing risks and rewards, exploring new strategies, collaborating with quants and software developers to build and optimize trading models. - Quant Traders work independently and with others to develop ideas and analyses, and integrate them into our trading strategies and systems.
