AI Solutions Intern (+PPO)

Help evaluate, improve, and scale enterprise AI systems that support autonomous customer service agents. Work closely with customers and engineering teams to analyze AI performance and identify edge cases. Build evaluation frameworks, documentation, and measurement systems for AI solutions. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interest in LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation systems are required. The role offers significant exposure to production-grade AI applications and PPO potential.
