Applied AI Research Engineer

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. What You Will Do: - Design, build & ship reliable AI-backed features in production. - Define eval rubrics, test plans, and rollout criteria. - Own features end-to-end from problem framing to modeling, system design, and deployment. - Design retrieval pipelines, agents, and hybrid patterns. What It Takes: - Experience building and shipping production AI/LLM systems. - Solid Python engineering skills, debugging, and systems mindset. - Strong research instincts and evaluations design.
