Role Details: - Work with trading teams and learn proprietary methodologies and trading systems. - Build and maintain trading models, oversee and improve daily processes, analyze discrepancies in trade positions. - Mentored by senior traders in a relatively flat organizational structure. Requirements: - Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related field, on track to graduate by Summer 2027. - Strong interest in trading and model development. - High level of proficiency with Excel, C++, C#, R, Python, and VBA is preferred. - Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
